“A goal should scare you a little, and excite you a lot” – Joe Vitale

Corrie set the goal of collecting 629 pajamas for her pajama drive. I went ahead and rounded it to an even 700 because, well, why not? That goal scares me a little bit, but it excites me tremendously!

Corrie, her big sister Caris and I have had the best time shopping for, organizing and counting pajamas this week. As of today 1/17/19 we have collected 257 pairs of pajamas. Generous friends like you have sent numerous packages, or monetary donations so we could go out searching for the best deals.

So far Walmart has had pajamas on clearance for under $5. We also found some great deals at Burlington Coat Factory and Belk. I’ll be hitting up the Sam’s Club and Target later this weekend.

We are in need of all sizes, boy or girl from infant to teen. I was told the hospital could also use some women’s sizes L or XL.
Corrie and I will deliver the pajamas to St. Joseph’s Children’s in Tampa on January 31 and then we will make a second delivery to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta on February 13. I can’t tell you how awesome it is for kids to get a new pair of pajama’s to wear instead of the hospital gowns they give you. Corrie always looked so cute in her PJ’s even when she was hooked up to all the Iv’s.

You can still mail the pajamas to 225 Point Rd. Seneca, SC 29672 or if you are a Tampa local you can drop them off at my parents who are located at 16122 Vanderbilt Dr. Odessa, FL 33556.
You can also Venmo me @ Elizabeth-Eavenson or Paypal me @paigeeavenson@gmail.com

Thank you, friends, for your generosity and being our superheroes. You truly are some of the most generous people we know and we are forever grateful for your donations.

Paige (Corrie’s Mom)
