Me – “Okay, brush your hair at least and wear something besides shorts, cause baby it’s cold outside!”
The holidays are difficult for so many of our friends in the liver world and we get messages weekly from new friends who are being thrust into this scary land of unknowns.
I once had a fellow liver mom tell me, you never hear the good stories as much as the bad ones, cause the ones who are doing good are out “living.” They aren’t sharing as much after a while cause life is good and life moves on.
I’ve found this to be very true, but I’ve also purposed to continue to share Corrie’s healing journey because some mama out there needs hope that her baby will be healed as well and go on to do all the normal things kids do.
So here are some pictures I captured today of Corrie. May they serve as a reminder that when the Lord heals his healing is complete and once he heals it is a gift and honor to give that healing and hope away to others.
This is her Life After Transplant and oh what a gift of a life it is.
